Forgive me, I do not know the person Genevieve Jones though she was titled as the “Girl of Moment”. But I will sure remember this name as I love the the Shagreen Clutch (stingray envelope clutch)designed by her very very much.

I was crazy in love with the whip-stitched leather medallion attached with a free-spirited leather tassel as it looked so Chinese and mysterious at first sight. But the medallian is actually Genevieve Jones’ unique logo design. And the whole design has nothing to do with China. In fact, it is inspired by the girl’s travels to Thailand.

While I love the unique texture of the stingray leather that the clutch is made from, I admore many the Italian leather trim that draws the  sleek and chic outline of the clutch. Inside the clutch, there has three separate sections and a small pocktet, allowing you put your very essentials you need to carry to evening parties.

Sized at 8 3/4″ x 5 1/4″, the clucth is available in several colors, including black, ash gray, yellow, earth,purple, ruby, sand. The price is uniform $875 each.

Simple, classy and with not a few lovely details, I have no reasons to not like these stingray envelope clutches by Genevieve Jones. And you?
